Official Re-Opening January 2, 2020!

Yo Team Happy Monday!

Nico here + I’m super excited to be typing this + bringing you this message that we are officially re-opening our doors at our new location THIS Thursday, January 2nd, 2020!

You read that correct, tomorrow is the LAST day of 2019!

Hopefully this year has been a year of love, a year of collected experiences, a year of LIFE! Personally, this year has FLOWN by but has been one of the most productive + eye opening years of my business career.

That is exactly how I would summarize the year for Riveroak Fitness+.

Do you ever reflect back on your year? The highs and the lows? The good + the perceived negatives? It’s important to have these conversations with ourselves. To be real with ourselves. To take a look at the moments that we felt truly ALIVE… and the moments that we felt defeated and unable to radiate our truest self..

This conversation might not be the easiest, but it will be one of the most productive conversations you’ve had with yourself all year!

As you know by now, we’ve added a few services under our roof + adapted a ROCKSTAR personnel to bring you not just an expert PT, but licensed + expert bodyworkers + yoga instructors to bring you the best of the best in Asheville.

An experience of building up the body, not burning it out. Our team will leverage each of our services to help our clients at an even deeper + effective level.

You can check out what I’m talking about here at www.riveroakfitness.com/book-online

Our first Yoga session will also be this Thursday, January 2nd. At 630p.m with Julie Hruska!

She will be bringing Baptiste Power Yoga to Riveroak+ every Thursday starting this week!

What is Baptiste Power Yoga?

As written by Julie Hruska who is bring you this practice each week:

Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous and powerful practice. It contains 53 poses, or asanas, that are linked together by connective momentum. It is an intuitive practice, one that does not enforce any set of rigid rules. This style of yoga follows the natural laws of the body to dictate balance and counter balance, control and surrender, pose and repose, modification and acceleration. Practitioners receive all of the benefits of the more traditional yogic methods while still leaving room for exploration and self expression. Baptiste Yoga is taught without music, so one can focus on breath, creating a grounding, mind-body experience. All levels from beginners to seasoned practitioners are welcome.
